Appointments are held at my home in Patcham which is 10mins from Brighton city centre. Patcham is easily accessible through public transport or alternatively for drivers, there are free car parking spaces outside.  My address will be given out after arranging an appointment or if you would like to google map it feel free to ask.  Alternativly i will occasionly travel to those who live in Brighton and Hove.

Dreadlock maintenance which consists of root tidy up and general bodywork will take on average 3 hours, depending on the amount of straight loose hair you have at the root, and how many dreads you have.

Dreads from scratch  take between 4-8 hours, again depending on length and thickness of your hair. I suggest starting early to fit in one day, or you can also choose to split over 2 consecutive days, if you think it will be too much for one day.

Dread extensions require a quick consultation in which we discuss what style and shape you would like and get a colour match to order the hair , at the consultation we arrange a date to install them , usually a few days later whilst I dread the extensions. i normally split extension appointments over 2 consecutive days. The first day i will dread your hair 4-6 hours and the next day i will add the extensions 4-6 hours.

 

To get the most out of your appointment wash your hair beforehand using a non residue shampoo, don't use conditioner. Shampooing only, makes the hair easier to dread.

If you are getting dreads from scratch or extensions think about if you want thin or thick dreads, length and how you want your tips, blunted of loose (examples can be seen in gallery) Also feel free to show me photos of dreads that you like the look of, so I can get a feel of the style that you want.

 

No deposits are required before appointments, saying this please be respectlful and  try to give me atleast 24 hours notice if you cant make it as someone else may be able to fit that slot.  This way i can carry on not having to charge deposits which is better for everyone :)
